What happens when I make an enquiry?

Your friendly local Fresh Air Surveyor will respond to you enquiry and call to discuss what the problem is. In most cases they will then arrange a convenient time with you to carry out a free, no obligation home check.

During the home check your Fresh Air Surveyor assesses the problem and takes a reading of the relative humidity levels in the property. All our Fresh Air Surveyors are highly trained in carrying out home surveys in identifying and recommending the correct ventilation requirement. Therma-hygrometers are used to measure the temperature, relative humidity and dew point in a property. The levels will be higher in areas suffering from condensation and mould.

The Fresh Air Surveyor will advise you on the best method of ventilation to improve your indoor air quality and reduce your humidity levels. They will be able to show you samples of the products and explain how they work. By doing this you will be able to:

• Eliminate condensation and mould
• Reduce dust mite populations – a known aggravator of asthma and allergies
• Eliminate stale and stagnant smelling indoor air
